We sat at the bar & ordered takeout. The service was good but when we got home with the food, we didn't have what we ordered.

I prefer this place a lot. It has a nice atmosphere. The meals are very tasty. the service is dynamic and the stuff is friendly. The price is modest. very much recommend.

Great hot pot with a wide selection of foods for cooking. Portions are a good size to share with a couple people and the price is very reasonable. Restaurant is clean and modern with lots of open space. A great place to go with family and friends.

Great place great owner great food and drinks

The food was good and the atmosphere attractive.

Poor Service. My wife and I had gone in and placed an order to go. we paid almost $40.00 for tiny portions and food that tasted days old. Will not be returning to this establishment. Save your money and time and look elsewhere!

Hot pot was great. Decent selection. Service was fast, perhaps too quick to clear dishes to get us out. Server was having a bad day, but I imagine on most days service would be fine. The hostess was courteous. Atmosphere was bustling, not at all elegant, but as expected.

We got hot pot and it was absolutely delicious! We both got the spicey chinese check broth with beef and every bite was amazing! The drinks were also delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was also great. The staff was very friendly. We will most certainly be returning very soon.

Hot pot was out of this world and the staff was more than accommodating with any questions concerns way may of had. Highly recommend.

Giving it 2 because i liked the rice a lot. But that's it. Not sure how its getting such good reviews. They screwed up my order that i had her repeat back and then my husband had them go over when he picked up. The chicken finger were tiny and so greasy. Portions are pretty small for the cost. $13 for a combo plate and i wasn't even full. No fortune cookies which to me was the deal breaker. Took 30 minutes from when we ordered too which is unusual for Chinese food. And my husband said the inside was basically just a big bar. Its only 5 minutes from home so had high hopes. Will be going back to the jade. One time was enough.No thanks.

A bit of a unique Chinese joint with delicious food and drinks with reasonable prices. Went on a Tuesday evening and the main dining/bar area was more crowded than expected. Seemed to be filled with mostly a local crowd, with everyone knowing the bartender's name (Tony). Took a bit of effort to get Tony's attention over the crowd noise, but once we did, he took very good care of us. Worth checking out.

We went there this PM, very disappointed. Had the PuPu platter. It seemed like everything was over cooked/roasted, the outside crust their knife. Chick wings were burned couldn't even chew the ends. Pork rice was kinda dry. I guess that's Asian style.The only thing that was good was the boneless spare ribs. Service was good but not that friendly. I guess everyone orders the hot pot. Will not go there again. No tea except green tea. Stick to Rick's.

Wonderful flavors! Better than Q. Not overt but just right. We had the tomato broth and the spicy broth. Service would be difficult to beat. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely one of the most attractive place to eat in the region. Whenever I come to this place I am deeply satisfied. They keep their high level service and the highest level of meals they offer. You always win with this place. Very recommended.

They have Hot Pot!

This is a good restaurant generally and the atmosphere is nice. The staff is very friendly and happy. However, the Hot pot selection is very limited for vegetarians. Since each broth with the exception of one contains meat. Also, they use frozen seafood instead of the fresh stuff if you go with the seafood platter.

The Hot Pot was delicious. Everything very fresh and the staff was fantastic! I had never had a Hot Pot before and they were so helpful explaining it to me. They kept checking to make sure I was doing ok and if I needed anything. I can't wait to go again. It was fun, delicious and healthy.

It was quite and they were very nice. The food was very good pricing was just right.

While their online reservation didn't seem to work for me (had to call to verify), they were very accomodating to my group. I held a small graduation party for myself and the service/waittress there was excellent - we had picky eaters, someone with celiac disease, another with a peanut allergy, another with a shrimp allergy, another who was religious, sitting for hotpot. Through all that chaos, she managed to stay organized and somehow still got most of our orders correct, was patient and kind enough to even help set up my friends to bring in a surprise cake for me. And to top it off, food is pretty good.

Some of the better I have had in the area and believe me they are enough Chinese restaurants around. The hot pot well it was ok. The place was very clean and on the busy side. Some of the items used as the duck sauce was made different that the others restaurants in area. But none the less still good. The attention to detail was great and did not have to wait long for any of these food.

I tried this spot already with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the great character and yummy food and drinks. Highly recommended.

This was my first time today, ordered takeout, taste is good But my Chicken Chow main was seriously missing a lot of chicken.... 90% onions, sprouts and carrots, had to really Look for the chicken.... disappointed for sure. May not give it another try as places like this dont always care about their reviews.... We'll see if they respond to my review

Vegetables lo mein is my personal favorite.Vegetarian options are also available. Ambience is great!

We didn't have the hotpot but ordered from the menu instead. We ordered "squirrel" fish, Xinjiang style chicken, a lamb dish, a pork dish and a couple of veggie dishes. Most dishes were really good. This is another excellent dinner destination in my local area.

This place is the best. The service is very fast. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Also the fact that the owner makes sure to talk to his customers is extremely touching.

Hot pot, the beef coming like 30min before the vegetables. That is why I rate this with one star. My children can't wait so they deep the meat and by the time the vegetable come they all full.

Pleasant dining area. Attentive and friendly staff. Quality and clean food that is not over sweetened or salted. Fast order to table time. This would be 5 stars though the bar can get rowdy and loud plus the parking lot can get tight - hardly their fault! This place is my family's new favorite spot.

I seriously don't know why this place isn't more crowded. Their hot pot is fantastic! I was really happy with their quality and quantity of food. Service was so so nice. Drinks were strong. 15/10 all around

Lunch hot pot was good, filling, and spicy as I expected. Good amount of veggies with the meat. Lamb was nice and finishing with Udon was a good choice.

Great Hong Kong style hot pot. Think Asian fondue. Pick your broth, meat and sides. I will be back. Service and Taste are top notch.

We randomly drove into this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon after my son's ice hockey game. Me and my husband had hot pot and both of my kids had Lo Mein. We were very happy with the hot pot: the vegetable and meat were very fresh and the soup tasted pretty good. Both of my kids finished their Lo Mein and they loved it. I highly recommended this to all my friends.
